Access to the secured IAU web applications (see
the list below) is granted upon approval to
individuals who have registered with the IAU and
have requested that access. Your username and
password are strictly personal and cannot be
shared. IAU reserves the right to terminate
without a prior notice any user account that is
used by a different user. The following rules
and secure access levels are applied:
Definition
Email - your official (working) email
address should be used. Your official email
address will be your username for your
identification for all secured IAU applications.
Password - your desired password should be
classified as at least "Secure" (see the
password strength meter next to the password
field). "Secure" means that the password
contains uppercase letters, lowercase letters,
numbers and symbols (@!#$%&...).
Browser Access Access to view and
download documents in the secured IAU
applications.
Editor Access (your projects/sectors)
Access to edit information in the secured IAU
applications related to your organisation or
SOT.
Editor Access (all information) Access
to edit all information in the secured IAU
applications.
Procedure for gaining access to secured IAU
Applications
You can choose (see Terms & Conditions) to apply
to have access to one or more secured IAU
applications. The following rules apply for
individual access to secured IAU applications:
Who Does What Where
(3W)
Access to the 3W is granted upon approval to
representatives of UN and Non Governmental
Organizations. You can request access to the 3W
secured application at the following levels:
- Browser Access available to SOT
members, UNAMI, OCHA staff and contributing
organizations. Financial information and
implementing partner information is
restricted.
- Editor Access contributing
organizations and agencies are able to edit
and view their agencys project information.
If users do not meet these criteria, they may
view the public version of 3W on the Iraq
Information Portal (http://www.iauiraq.org/gp)
or request 3W information (www.iauiraq.org/support.asp)

EmergencyInfo
You can request access to EmergencyInfo secured
application at the following levels:
- Browser Access available to
UNAMI-HRD and OCHA Iraq staff or SOTs
members.
- Editor Access (your
projects/sectors) available to SOT
Leads, SOT Deputies and SOT Supporting
Officers.
- Editor Access (all information)
available to UNAMI-HRD and OCHA Iraq
staff.
Calendar of Events
You can request access to the Calendar of Events
secured application at the following levels:
- Browser Access
available to UN staff members or to
organizations which are SOT members.
- Editor Access (all
information) available to SOT
Leads, SOT Deputies and SOT
Supporting Officers or to UNAMI-HRD
and OCHA Iraq staff.
SOTs Area
Access to the SOTs secured area is organised
according to the eight sectors. You can request
access to one or more sectors that are of
interest to you. SOT members will be granted
access automatically. Requests by non-members
will be forwarded to the respective SOT Lead(s)
for approval.

to the SOTs members.
- Editor Access (your
projects/sectors) available to
SOT Leads, SOT Deputies and SOT
Supporting Officers.
- Editor Access (all
information) - available to
UNAMI-HRD and OCHA Iraq.
IAU Area
You can request access to the IAU secured area
at the following levels:
- Editor Access (all
information) available to
IAU staff.
File Management System
(FMS)
You can request access to FMS secured
application at the following levels:
- Editor Access (all
information) available
to UNAMI-HRD and OCHA
Iraq staff.
If your registration
request is successful, you will receive a
confirmation email with your access details
